Snippet: R21 movies in heartland shops and cinemas?

I heard they were doing some censorship review thing here, but I didn't really know about the details. Apparently some of the issues were whether to allow R21 movies in heartland shops and cinemas. What do I think? I didn't know there was a possibility R21 films could ever get a video release, so I guess this could mean I can finally watch Watchmen(it was only released theatrically and not on video as R21 films currently are not allowed on video).But I mean, if they want to keep all of it away from the heartlands and the young, its fine. Just have them in theaters and shops in town. If this really gets passed, this could mean that we will be able to get titles on video in their unedited version, the version everyone else saw. Here's a list of titles (The Departed, The Wrestler, 30 Days of Night...) that we might just see on dvd/bluray in a store in town...I'm sure movie fans will be pretty happy.
