So as you know I'm rather looking forward to this movie. Its based on a very poplar teen novel of the same name...and I dunno...the story just sounds pretty interesting to me...and it could just be a really good movie. I've been meaning to read the book first myself too...went to the library a couple of times...and every time I checked all the copies have been loaned out :(... I guess it is pretty popular.
Now according to IMDB.com...the film is currently filming and the release date is set on 12 December of 2008 and as you know Kristen Stewart is playing Bella the lead, opposite Robert Pattinson who is playing Edward (no idea who the rest of the cast are yet). Anyway recently MTV Movies Blog published a little interview they recently did with Kirsten Stewart about the movie Twilight. It sheds a little light on what we can expect...Kristen even describes a scene in the script where...Edward runs over treetops...pretty wild huh? Lets see if that actually ends up in the actual movie. Kristen also talks about her hopes that there will be sequels like the books. Hmm...now...if the first movie is good or fairly decent...I say bring it on right...
